Slushy Buddy is a crowd-sourced platform that helps users find working slushy machines at local convenience stores, view flavor availability, and receive real-time status updates. The App relies on user-submitted reports and does not guarantee the accuracy or timeliness of any store status, flavor availability, or machine condition.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to submit reports, reviews, favorites, and flavor alerts. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.

4. User-Generated Content

You are solely responsible for any content you submit, including status reports, reviews, photos, and notes. By submitting content, you grant Slushy Buddy a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, and distribute that content within the App. You agree not to submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, infringing, or otherwise objectionable.

5. Accuracy & Disclaimers

Store statuses and flavor availability are reported by users and may be outdated or incorrect. Slushy Buddy does not verify reports and makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the App or its content. Your use of the App is at your own risk.

6. Prohibited Conduct

• Submitting false or misleading reports
• Attempting to access another user's data or account
• Using the App for any unlawful purpose
• Interfering with the proper functioning of the App

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Slushy Buddy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App.
